WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders for in-stock products ship within 48 business hours of confirmation. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major Australian Holidays.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please take extra care to ensure all items in your cart are correct.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we currently ship to most countries. If your country is not available at check out, we are not currently able to ship there.
DO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?
All customers outside of Australia are responsible for any taxes and duties levied by your shipping country. Our technology partner will make these duties known to you and bill them to you at the time of checkout. You will not have to pay any additional fees after your order has been placed. Please note that we are unable to change the amount of duties or taxes applied to your order, and cannot edit price information to do so.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCTS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes. Items may only be exchanged if sizing is available. Please review the sizing information on each product before placing your order.
